Unemployment is a global issue affecting everyone -- it does not need to occur.
The process in which someone creates value and is valued within a community (local or global) can be much more fluid.  Based on significant research, the majority of what is 'broken' about the process can be remedied, alleviating most of the psychological issues surrounding the stigma, status and identity associated with being unemployed.

Plus, the amount of wasted time and energy in world, from those who are under and unemployed, is beyond comprehension.  We cannot afford to be complacent anymore. What is the right mix of solutions? Some solutions are being discussed and put into action. Be a part it -- together, it can be done.
